Selling your home
We tailor the sale to your home.
The best possible price for the circumstances is what most sellers want. Here is how we work — a process designed so nothing slips on the way to full viewings and strong bids.
- 1
We come to your home
Viewing and valuation
We walk through your home with you and map its possibilities, challenges and the buyers it suits best. What we notice becomes the marketing later. A surveyor then visits for the technical assessment and measurements.
- 2
Know exactly what you pay for
Engagement agreement
Our agreement follows Norwegian law and the guidelines of the consumer authorities and the Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents — and it is easy to read. It sets out the terms, the commission and the expenses.
- 3
As many people at the viewing as possible
Marketing
We gather all documentation — municipal fees, zoning maps, information from the housing association and the land register — and book the surveyor and photographer while you get the home ready.
- 4
The best price the market will pay
Viewing and bidding
Your agent advises you before the viewing, follows up everyone who downloaded the prospectus and arrives well prepared. During bidding we work to get as many bidders as possible involved.
- 5
No loose ends
Contract meeting
You receive the draft contract and bid log in advance. We find a date that suits you, go through everything with the buyer and answer questions before signing.
- 6
The keys change hands
Handover
Once the purchase price is in the agent's client account, you meet at the property. You read the electricity meter, hand over the keys and sign the handover protocol — on paper or via a text-message link.
Good to know
More than a sale — the whole journey.
Strategy after the viewing
Every home is different, and the sales strategy is set only after we have seen yours. No package deals before we know what we are selling.
Local knowledge
Many of us live in the neighbourhood. We know the price trends on your street, what buyers ask about — and we have a network of buyers and partners that makes the sale more efficient.
Partners Ung
A sales package for sellers under 34: predictability, security and help all the way through — at a smart price.
Interest insurance and moving help
The buyer package with interest insurance covers mortgage interest and home insurance on your old home for up to 9 months. Need cleaning, a van or storage? Our partners sort it out.

Moving tips
Congratulations — your home is sold.
Think through the details before the contract meeting: which handover date suits you? Is there furniture the buyer might want to buy? Does the buyer need to visit before handover?
- 1Start packing in good time, ideally 2–3 weeks before moving.
- 2Don't pack heavier than you can lift — boxes should not weigh more than 30 kg. About one shelf-metre of books weighs 30 kg.
- 3Put the heaviest items at the bottom, the lightest on top.
- 4Wrap glass and china in white paper. Avoid newspaper, which stains.
- 5Fill every gap with paper and label boxes with contents and room.
- 6Keep screws from dismantled furniture in labelled bags, together in one box.
- 7Don't pack in plastic bags. Buy bubble wrap for pictures and valuables.
